Korean American Voters’ Council Participation in the Korean Parade

On October 1, 2011 the Korean American Voters’ Council (KAVC) participated in the Korean Parade in Manhattan. The Korean American Voters’ Council’s interns, director, and staff participated in the parade. Since the Korean American Voters’ Council provided a booth to allow Korean Americans to register, the Voters’ Council obtained 10 new registrations from both New York and New Jersey residents.
While the Korean American Voters’ Council obtained voter registrations, New Jersey State Congressional candidate Jun Choi, Olympic medalist Toby Dawson, and Council General Young Mok Kim encouraged the Korean American Voters’ Council.
