August 30 2010, Korean American Voter council in New York held a student internships’ graduation. Interns who volunteered more than 120 hours during the summer vacation received a presidential award and citation from a U.S. Government Senator and NYC Councilman.

 

Leeseul Kim(Stuyvesant 12) and Hyungsuk Lee(Oyster Bay HS 12) who did more than 250 hours were awarded  gold award. EunBee Kim (St. Michael college) and JiHyung Kim (Bronx Science HS 11) were silver awards. Jinhan Kim (Great neck HS11) , Yoonsun Kim (Stuyvesant 12) and Sung Kyu Pa가 (Great Neck 10) were bronze awards. After a ceremony,

 

Interns, based on there self-created expereience, presented a Power Point presentation and ended their internships. Data base created by interns in 2010 is being currently going through the final analysis and it seems to empower the Korean-American voters’ political empowerment. They will meet again on the day when data base is finally presented.
