2010 Summer Internship – NYC New Voting Machine Outleach

On July 2nd, 2010, the KAVC interns held the new voting machine education outleach for The Korean American Senior Citizens’ Association of New York at Staten Island.
The outleach aimed to demonstrate the new ballot machine to senior citizens.
All the seniors had a chance to operate the new machine with interns’ aid.
Interns also held the voter’s registration drive.
Many were already registered, and four seniors newly registered.
The interns who participated in the workshop were Brian Lee, Michelle Kim, Jin Han Kim, and Sungkyu Park.
