New Voting Machine Demonstration Day

On June 11th, the Korean American Voters’ Council held the new voting machine trial day in Queens with New York Queens Election Committee for the first time. This event was held in the KCS community center and many Korean elders participated in filling out the voting forms and putting them into the scanner. In the beginning, the voters were concerned since it was their first time, but after trying it, they said it was easier than they have expected. However, they said that on the actual day of the election, people will be confused with the new machine without being informed about them.
