The New York Primary Elections will be held on Tuesday, September 18th, 2007.

To be eligible to vote in the primary elections, you must register to vote by Friday, August 24th, 2007. You must also be registered with the specific party to vote in their primary. ( e.g.: You must be registered as a Democrat to vote in the Democratic Primary)

The positions up for re-election are as follows:

Democratic Party
–        Female District Leader
–        Male District Leader
–        Delegate to Judicial Convention
–        Alternate Delegate to the Judicial Convention
–        County Committee
–        Surrogate
–        Judge of the Civil Court

Republican Party
–        Female State Committee
–        Male State Committee
–        Delegate to Judicial Convention
–        Alternate Delegate to the Judicial Convention
