Metro Supermarket Congregation Supports KAVC

Metro Supermarket Congregation (President Peter Park) supported the Korean American Voters’ Council with funds from previous golf tournament.

Supermarket Congregation’s President Peter Park, Senior Vice President Dae-Geun Yu, Vice President Wally Park visited the Korean American Voters’ Council on August 10^th, registered to vote and questioned and explained about the new voting machine. The Korean American Voters’ Council’s President Dong-Chan Kim explained that he visited the Washington D.C. Parliament with the interns on July 26^th and that they brought back a special statement according to the congressional record by the Pacific Environment Subcommittee Chairman Eni Faleomavaega in the occasion of 3^rd anniversary of Comfort Women Resolution that was passed.

Metro Supermarket Congregation encouraged the Korean American Voters’ Council to continue to endeavor for the development of Korean community, Korea and United State’s relationship and gave $5,000 dollars.
