The Claremont Avenue Garage is operated by Rapid Park Inc., and is accessed from 120th Street between Riverside Drive and Claremont Avenue. Normal hours of operation are daily from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.

Mr. Jaeil Kim, the first chairman of the board of directors when it started as the Korean American Voters’ Council in 1996, served as chairman from 1996 to 2000. During this period, Chairman Kim visited Korean religious organizations and event sites almost every week to conduct a voter registration campaign, registering more than 15,000 new Korean voters in New York and New Jersey. He organized many Korean small business owners to launch KACE in its early stages and even canceled his own life insurance policy to support KACE. At this Gala, He is the honoree of the award in gratitude for the founding chairman who has taken a critical role in establishing KACE.

Take the 1 Train to 116th Street. Walk north along Broadway to 120th Street, turn left and walk one block to Claremont Avenue, then turn right. The Claremont Avenue entrance will be on your left.

Take the M-104, M-4, or M-5 bus to 120th or 122nd Street.
