Synopsis: In 2020, five Korean Americans of vastly diverse backgrounds with competing political views run for US Congress. David Kim is the only underdog with limited resources vying to be the first Korean American representative from Koreatown, Los Angeles.

줄거리: 2020년 11월, 미국 대통령 선거와 함께 의회(상하원) 선거가 진행된다. 코로나와 경기 침체, 인종적 갈등이 최고조에 이른 2020년, 정치적 이념, 세대, 성별, 출신 등이 다른 5명의 재미 한인이 연방하원 선거에 도전한다. LA에서 출마한 데이비드 김 후보는 유일하게 풀뿌리 선거를 하는 언더독으로, 한인 최초의 ‘한인타운 출신’ 연방 하원의원을 꿈꾼다.
